Terms & Conditions

  1. You must provide your own Event Hire Insurance when renting our carts.
  2. The hirer undertakes that the carts will only be operated by themselves, and that the carts will not be driven in a careless, reckless or dangerous manner, or by any persons under the influence of intoxicating liquors or drugs.
  3. The hirer shall at all times ensure that its personnel follow the instructions for the safe use and driving of the cart as displyed on the console of the cart
  4. The hirer shall take sole responsibilty for any loss or damage howsoever sustained arising out or resulting from the neglect or careless driving/operation of the cart by the hirer or their personnel.
  5. The hirer shall ensure that all it’s personnel are aware of the Terms & Conditions and safe driving instructions. The hirer shall ensure that everyone driving a cart has a full NZ Drivers licence.
  6. The hirer acknowledges and agrees that its representative shall be required to confirm that all carts are working by doing a START, TURN AND BRAKE test on delivery of the carts.
  7. If at any point the carts become faulty the hirer agrees to stop driving the cart immediately and contact Platinum Rentals to notify them of the fault. The hirer undertakes that it holds insurance to cover the cost of any loss or damage to a cart howsoever sustained.
  8. The hirer hereby indemnifies Platinum Site Ride Limited to the maximum extent permitted by law against any loss, expense, claim, damage, or the like howsoever incurred or suffered by Platinum Site Ride Limited as a result of any breach of the hirer’s obligations contained in these terms and conditions of hire herein.
    NOTES
    1: If cart/s are returned and need extra cleaning the hirer will be liable for extra cleaning cost
    2: When these terms and conditions are completed in full and signed hirer will then be sent an invoice that must be paid in full at least one week before delivery date or sooner. All payments are non-refundable
